We are so thankful for you and wish you a very blessed and joyful Holiday season!

May 1st, 2026 will be our 6th Annual Tall Tale Fundraiser! It will be an amazing opportunity to support the work of the Abilene Palm House, enjoy a delicious dinner, 

a wine tasting, incredible stories… and a few tall tales.

Kids Program

This year we have had the honor of opening our home to and sharing Jesus with 52 children from age three to seventeen. They have brought with them sweet smiles and big questions...

“Is God still doing miracles?”

“Where can we find God?”

“How could a baby become a King?”

…and many more.

We are grateful to be a safe space for them, and each week we see proof of the work God is doing in their lives. It’s a joy to watch our kids grow into who God has called them to be.

Women’s Empowerment

  The women of Palm House continue to inspire us with their honesty, resilience, and desire to grow. After years of strain in a family relationship, one participant visited her loved one and returned saying, “I don’t know what the future holds, but I’m committed to today.” Her words beautifully capture the kind of healing we witness each week—women choosing presence, courage, and the steady work of becoming whole. We are seeing God meet them in those small but significant steps, softening hearts, strengthening voices, and restoring hope. It is a privilege to walk alongside them and to see transformation taking root in such meaningful ways.

Young Adults

We are grateful to have 32 young adult mentors who are dedicated to weekly serving with our three kids programs. We could not do what we do without them, and it’s a blessing to serve with them. This year we have had the joy of one of our very own kids coming back to serve! There are so many other things these young adults could be doing with their time, but they are choosing to show up every week as encouragers, friends, and role models. We are so encouraged by this generation of dedicated, humble, kind, patient, and utterly amazing human beings.
